Ignite Boxing is an outdoor fitness program that is designed for everyone of all ages and all fitness levels, whether you are a beginner, intermediate or fitness fanatic.
We are more than just a Bootcamp. Our training sessions are designed to get you fit, help you achieve target weight, decrease body fat, build strength and muscle and tone up.
Our training relates to everyday functions, whether they be at work or at home. We give you the knowledge and stamina to keep up with your busy lifestyles.
Helps with insomnia, with lethargy and helps keep blood circulation to prevent tiredness.
Who can join Ignite Boxing?
Everyone is welcome to join. Young, old, fit or unfit, parents and children. We will take in consideration your age, physical and mental state when we are working with you to ensure you are not disadvantaged in any way.
