Hi my name is Emile Isaac and I’m the proud owner and Head Coach of Ignite Boxing.
I established Ignite Boxing in 2011 after successfully transforming my life from an unhealthy lifestyle to a life full of energy, vitality and joy. I decided that “if I can do it then anyone can and I’m going to help them achieve their personal health goals!”
Growing up and as a young man I enjoyed sport at a high level, my past sporting achievements included playing League for Parramatta at Junior level, representing NSW Catholic Combined Colleges (CCC) in Basketball and captaining numerous teams to victory.
Like so many men and women in their mid twenties to thirties, my life revolved around work and family commitments. I was a truck driver working long hours and over the years I had formed social habits including smoking and drinking and general poor food choices. In 2007 I had a massive wake up call. I started getting chest pains, I was overweight – 114kg and diagnosed border line diabetic – I was only 30!
I didn’t need any more incentive to take action. I started training immediately and surrounded myself with a team of support to help me achieve my health goals. Within a couple of months I began to feel more in control of my life and felt a renewed sense of self respect, it was then that I began my journey within the Health & Fitness Industry. In 2009 I completed Certificate III & IV in Personal Training. I have attained Level 2 Strength and Conditioning Coach Accreditation and am currently the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Parramatta Rugby League Junior Representative Team. I have a Sports Trainer Certificate through Sports Medicine Australia and Level 1 PunchFit GX. I continue my education within the Industry so that I can offer my clients the very best support, coaching and education.
At Ignite Boxing and Training everyone is welcome, young, old, unfit, athletes, parents and children. We are health and fitness coaches and we are here to help you reach your goals.
