What do I do if I’m carrying an injury?

All trainees will be required to complete a Health Assessment. If you have an injury that may affect your training, a clearance from your GP will be required prior to you commencing training. Your trainer will then give you alternate exercises during your training session so you don’t aggravate the injury yet still be able to train effectively.


What if I’ve never done any kind of exercise before?

You have to start somewhere! Our training is for people of all levels whether you are a novice or experienced. We will guide you, teach you the correct techniques for maximum results and we will give you the motivation to help you build your confidence and achieve your goal.


Where do we train if it rains?

We have indoor facilities available so there will be no excuses! A notice will be placed on our website, facebook and by sms.


What do I need to bring for training?

You will need a towel, water bottle and a good pair of running shoes. All equipment is provided on site however you are more than welcome to bring your own boxing gear.
