NUTRITION GUIDELINE

Make your nutrition top priority, look after your body to enhance your performance.

Breakfast

  • 3 x Weet bix with skim milk
  • 1 x Banana

Have within 15 minutes of getting up kick start metabolism

Mid morning snack

  • 1 x Muesli bar or 1 piece of fruit (eg: Apple, Orange)

1 to 5 Hours after Breakfast.

Mid morning snack

  • 1 x Muesli bar or 1 piece of fruit (eg: Apple, Orange)

1 to 5 Hours after Breakfast.

Dinner

  • 1 x Cup brown rice
  • 1 x Large serving salad/vegetables
  • 1 x Piece of fish (fillet grilled)

If you feel full whilst eating slow down or put the fork down keep bottle of water next to you.

Before bed

  • 1 x Cup of mixed fruit cup berries and strawberries
  • 1 x Small cup of tea

Don’t go to bed on a empty stomach

Tips: Consume between 1 to 1.5 litres of water throughout the day in the gym and on the field.
